Scammed and never got our tv boxed show set!

We ordered a tv show boxed set for our dad for Christmas and made the payment through pay pal. The money was deducted from our account, but we never received the boxed set. I emailed them and never got a response. I emailed them again, again no response. The website said that our order was "processing". When I went back to check it again about a week later, the site was under construction. We ordered this at the beginning of December and have never received it, but they took our money. These people need to be prosecuted to the full extent!!!
