I ordered a Carol Burnett boxed DVD set for my father for Christmas. I have sent repeated emails to the company and to the individual who sent me the "order successfully processed" e-mail. His e-mail is anthony. Smithson19@gmail.com; at least that's what my e-mail said. I have already contacted my bank to file a report and hopefully get my money back.
