I purchased a boxed set of Full House. This was my third purchase from fxgqt.com. However, two of the discs in the boxed set appeared to be defective so I immediately emailed them to inform them about my concern. I asked them what needed to be done. They immediately suggested the replacement of the discs. They quickly shipped the new discs to my address. I'm so satisfied with they way they handled my concern. They were also very apologetic. Despite the incident, I still think highly of them especially with their immediate response to my problem.
