On August 14th we were contacted by Lee at Dynamic Construction in Bedford Texas. He found our Hanyman ad on Craigslist.org. He told me that he would pay $125.00 per day per person to help make ready apartments that the city had condemned. We were told that all materials needed to complete the job would be supplied.

The arrangement was to complete 4 apartments per day. We supplied 2 (two) men to complete this task. This would bring the total daily pay to $250.00 per day. After working 2 men for 2 day's he refused to pay anything. I reported him to the Wage commission in Austin and now he is saying that he never heard of us. I have had to pay out $500.00 to my workers for those 2 days work.

This company and the owner Lee are a total fraud and a rip off! Subcontractors beware! If you go to his website you will see where he ripped off another subcontractor as well.
