Told me that my time shares would bring $30,000.& would refund my deposit if not sold in six months

They told me that my Orlando time share was werth 15-18K and my Va time would run appox. 13-15k. They needed to list my time shares and it would cost me $1790.00, however if not sold in six month that they would refund all my monies. I never received any offers had no commuication with them since this transaction took place in June.
