WARNING-don't deal with this outfit. They do not honor their contract—you WILL BE SCAMMED

I signed a 6 month contract with Realtytrade and unfortunately gave them a rather large upfront fee to list and find a buyer for my timeshare. There were NO OFFERS on my timeshare since I did not hear from them at all during this period (no e-mails, no phone calls, nothing). At the end of the contract the owner has 10 days to request a refund in writting. I did exactly as the contract said. I then called for an account status numerous times and got the runaround. They would say Marketing is reviewing your account.
FINALLY, their reply was: YOU WILL GET NO REFUND because you didn't send a letter. NOT SO! In previous calls they acknowledged that they had received my letter within the 10 days. So then they tried something else. Oh, you got an offer in December and also last October. Not so! And totally bogus. Believe me reader, it would have been exciting to get an offer of any kind since I hadn't heard from them.
Listen folks, STAY AWAY FROM REALTYTRADE! This outfit will lie to you and you WILL BE SCAMMED.
Realtytrade's rebuttle to this complaint will probably be condescending and arrogant. But that would be expected from A BAD COMPANY.
