Manager who lets her minimum wage employees close the store and lock up. No manager in the store

Went into the store earlier after 4:30 pm only to find out that a hourly employee is the only one running the store. Where is your manager that you are paying all this money to. I assume they are suppose to be there at all times. If not shouldn't there be a assistant manager or something helping at the store you are paying all that money for them to run the Subway Sandwich and Salad stores. And also, since the workers are taking on this high responsibility at 17 and 18 years old shouldn't there be some raises going on? Maybe the paper work lost in the shuffle on that note. This is an outrage of using people for their gain and no increase on their pay. But it is okay for the managers to just leave without the right supervision left in Charge, in case of emergency. As the old quote goes what they don't know won't hurt you. But I will get paid anyway, and my small minimum wage earner who is a minority will just do my bidding. I think someone needs to look into this, if not II will, with a little help I think raises are due to these young men and women who are young and just learning how cruel people can really be in the business world.
