Runaround with repairs on Lexus GS350. First brought in October 8. Problem ignored. Squeaky breaks, and windshield. They said due to cold weather. Returned in early December, they then admit to factory defect with roters, windshield another issue. Many calls to Patrick in service. Continued to be stalled with date for repair. Call to Bagnell, continued to be put off. Finally a date of 1/28. Keep in mind going on since 10/8/08. Asked for a loaner due to the complete nuisance of the car, no one interested and it is very disappointing considering the amount of money spent on this car.
