Touch And Glow Touch dimmers go on randomly everyday

Touch and Glow touch lamp dimmers do not work as advertised. They go on randomly or with the turning on of other power devices. Their FAQ answer is to move the dimmer to different circuits or rooms. I bought three of these for our bedroom. Tried all outlets in the room, same problem. Using in different room is not an option.
