Brachs Candies
Poor candy flavor - Cinnamon hard candies

I have been a fan of Brachs cinnamon hard candies for years. It seems that lately the flavor changes about every month. One month, they taste like cinnamon-raspberry candy, then on another occasion they taste like cinnamon-cherry candy, and currently they taste like cinnamon-pineapple. I know you don't store all of the different types of candies in the same container (at least I hope you don't), so maybe you need to clean the utensils, apparatus, and cookware before each batch of candies is made.
