Fannie May Candies Didn't Bother To Ship My Gift!

On October 12, I ordered a gift sent to my niece for delivery on October 26th. As of today, October, 31, the package, according to UPS (for which I paid $8.95) has not even been shipped! I live in Hawaii and my niece lives in Florida. I can send her the same size box of candy from Hawaii, via PRIORITY MAIL and it is delivered in Florida in 3 days for $4.90.
I've been ripped off by Fannie May and will *NEVER* buy anything from them EVER AGAIN!
