First Contact was with No Sweat Warranty. The customer service was poor. Natasha scheduled US Assembly to contact me and repair my Horizon E900 Ellipitcal which was purchased on February 27th.
I waited one week and heard nothing back. I called back and was told US Assembly was no longer doing business with No Sweat Warrantly and that a claim should have been filed with Horizon Fitness.
One week later, I was contacted to do a diagnostic over the phone. They agreed to have someone come out to fix the machine. I took off work to adhere to their availability.
Unfortunately, they shipped the wrong part and left the machine apart stating that it would only take a few days to receive the correct part and would be fixed within a week.
Three weeks later after patiently waiting, I called and was told they are unable to track where the part is located.
At this point I was frustrated as you can imagine. I tried to coordinate with them on two different dates to be available; however, they still cannot find the replacement part which was supposed to be in transit.
Total phone calls have exceed 10 in a two month period. I've done everything I can to get someone to work with me. Every time I call I get the run around to call someone else.
This is unethical business practices and I will in contact with the Attorney General, BBB, and will not stop there.
