The bottom line. First the quality of the horizon eliptical is terrible. Second, the first repair took SIX months to get done! Third, the damn thing broke down again four months later and i am on my third month waiting for the parts. No sweat means just that. You will not sweat at all because they will not fix anything in a timely professional manne
