Denial of account freeze for military

Our daughter was deployed on January 5 to Balad, Iraq. A copy of her orders along with her request to freeze her account until her return from active duty was faxed to them. This weekend (January 10) she received a refusal to honor her request!

It's not like she's trying to get out of her contract because she doesn't feel like going to the gym, but only a suspension of charges to her account for the time she will be defending these wonderful folks' freedom. Truly an American business supporting America!
