Mason Capital Group - Gretchen Fox & Assoc SCAMMERS! Rip-off! Beware

In August I had just finished taling to my mortgage company and they put me in Foreclosure. One minute later the phone rang it was Mason Capital Group, LLC with hope. Hope my arse! In diress I signed some papers. I gave them $500.00, but luckily I live in California, and on a second google effort I found scam reports. So I hand wrote a California right to cancel 3 day noticwe and faxed to every fax # I had I kept report from my fax. On 9/2/08 I put in a dispute with my bank and they credited my acct. Now on 1/9/09 My bank gave them back the money and overdrew my acct with this $500.00 debit. Also I did lose my house on Oct 6. Do not be fooled they have changed names, addresses and people, but if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!
