Stealing tv set

I had a 2 year warranty on a sylvania 25 inch dvd and vcr set the vcr was not working call walmart warranty they refer me to cardinal i took my set to the shop 11/26/08 which was thanksgiving eve i was told the set will not be ready till after the holidays they will have to order the parts to fix it. I received a check for 157.50 dated 12/09/08 on the check stated aig warranty guard i thought it was from valuecity furniture on a claim i file for my furniture it did not state walmart or any thing on it about my tv i have a copy of the check. So i called cardinal on 1/09/09 and ask about my tv they stated the tv was junk i ask them what they mean they stated it was trash it could not be fix my warranty company gave the ok. I stated noone call me or notify me of what was going on they stated they did not have to i stated i brung the set in it was mine and that i should have an option to come and get my tv it was a good tv and the dvd play it was worth more than the 157. And that i did not want the money i wanted my tv back he stated they took it apart they no longer have it i ask to speak to a manager he stated he was the manager call my warranty company i called my warranty at walmart and spoke to a manager by the name of richard stated he could not give his last name he stated they did not have to call me andtell what they was goin g to do with my set they just have to mail me a check for what i paid for the set which was on sale a floor model at walmart for 150. That did not include the price for the warranty or what i had to pay to bring the set to the shop i wanted my tv even if the vcr could not be fix it was worth more than what they paid me the shop lie to me by stating they could not do anything till after the holiday than the next week they contact the warranty company and stated the vcr could not be fix and did not contact me they just wanted my tv and i know noone would just junk or trash and tv and dvd that is working good they rip me off they took my tv and sold it now i am without a tv i think they should be investigated because they cheated me out of my tv set in you can do anything to help me get my set back please contact me thanks for your time
