This is to Better inform anyone looking to rent from delta construction, a local hudson builder located in downtown Hudson wi Owned by Verge.

Well me and my girlfreind of 9 years and our 4 year old son were in a rental agreement with the owner Verge for a total of four years. We never had any complaints and were model renters. Our lease was up on 1/1/09. We informed Verge on 10/15/08 that we would not be renewing our lease and would be out by 12/1. He asked us to stay several times and we declined becuase we planned on buying a house. Around the 17th of Dec he asked if we could be out by the 26th? I thought that he was crazy because the Holiday season was going be crazy enough with us being out right afterward.

My better half is more of a people pleaser than me and she liked this man alot. (so she thought).. So she talked me into moving out right in the middle of the biggest holiday of the year.

During our moving we had mentioned of getting the carpets cleaned and He said Not to worry about it as he was having people do it. A few days later i also found a note on our carpet cleaner saying not to clean the carpets because he was having it took care of. So we were out on dec 26 after that whole place was cleaned with a toothbrush.

So after about a week we get a letter in the mail saying that we owed him money becuase of the 350 dollar carpet cleaning, painting, and 100 dollar back ren that i had never heard of. My girlfreind was in tears when she told me this. I was More than Pissed. We called him a couple times wanting a explination and he sent us a voicemail saying it is what it is and He did not want to meet in person as we wanted to do. He just didnt want to look the people that trusted him in the eye after he F@*ked them..

So renters Beware of this Man with the Alligator smile..
