While diving at a private quarry in Whiteford, MD Terry Messerschmidt told me I had to move from my parking spot so he could park closer. I am a permantly disable veteran and I was parked next to five other vehicles none or which have anyone disabled. He did not tell anyone else they had to move. A month earlier, while I was on crutches, he did the same thing. I worked as a DiveCon for his wife's shop so when I refused to move he fired me. He has since refused to pay me the monies he owes me as well as refusing to return my personnel possesions. He owes me for some equipment he had me purchase for the shop but instead of paying me he gave the equipment to a dive buddy to give to me. The equipment is two months old and can not be returned. But he refuses to pay me for them.
