Refused to provide adequate service

We had a storage space here for our motorhome. When we got our spot, it was not wide enough to allow it to enter or exit with vehicles on either side of us. The lady who setup our account agreed and said she would not put anyone to either side of our spot due to the restricted space. She said if she ever had to put someone next to us, she would give us proper advance notice so we could arrange to move the RV elsewhere. One day, we suddenly noticed a big rig parked directly next to us, only a few feet away, and restricting our ability to exit the spot. We never received the courtesy of any notice of this as previously agreed upon.

We made arrangements to move our RV elsewhere as needed and canceled our spot. The lady we spoke with on the phone there tersely refused to give us a pro-rated refund for the remaining days of the month. The corporate office refused to respond to our letters, so we filed a complaint with the BBB and the matter was never resolved.
