ID Theft, Check Fraud, Impersonation, Getting Bank Account #s PMC:, Finkbeinger: Ballwin

I checked my checking account with Bank of America (named BoA from here on) on 1-08-09 and noticed a Debit of $84.00 with a description of "2118-06JAN09 MIRCV 15133NY". I had no idea what this was, so I contacted BoA. While myself and BoA were examining my account, we saw that a "counter credit" with checks cashed and deposited into my account on 01-03-09 of $84. I examined the scanned in version of the check and told BoA that I have never been to Ballwin, Mo nor do I live at 279 Baxter Rd in Ballwin. But my name and bank account number were on the BoA Out of State Deposit slip. My home state specific code of 53 for Virginia accounts was also circled.

There were a total of three checks addressed to me with an authorizing signature from Phenomenal Marketing Concepts of Genelle Finkbeiner. The check was made out to 279 Baxter Road Ballwin, MO. But when the address is run a name of Mike R. Finkbeiner comes up for 279 Baxter Road. Seems fishy to me! Anyway, I have reported this to my local Virginia PD, Ballwin PD, the Attorney General's Office, BoA Check Fraud, and anyone else who will listen.
