Very rude and unproffessional behavior

I had called the store to ask about a return the gentlemen that answered the phone was EXTREMEMLY RUDE and claimed he was the owner of the story, and refused to give me his name and hung up on me. I called him back and actually said I'm sorry I think we got disconnected eventhough I know he hung up on me, after I hung up the phone he kept calling me back and hanging up and harrassing me, acting VERY immature. This is very unproffessional, he claimed he was the owner of the store and in my opinion he shouldn't be working with ANY customers if he is going to act like that. After this happened to be honest I dont even want to give ANY North Face Store my business ever again, that is how upset he made me!
