Refused to release name of owner-Sales Manager stated that he had to get permission before doing so

Once the car stopped for the third time the car lot had it towed to a "friends" auto repair shop. They have an implied warranty and they are hopping the car that I purchased will sit there until the warranty that I have with them runs out. I asked for the name of the owner and they refused to to give me that information. The sales-rep that sold me the car stated that he had to get "permission" to release that information to me. They also lied and stated that they would put me in a rental car then called back to say that I was on a do not rent list. After contacting several companies to confirm this information (and I never did) I called that sales-rep back and he stated that someone else that worked there gave him that information. He then hung up in my face. I called back to express that I am a single mother and I gave them 2000.00 for a car that does not work. I am back in the same predicament that I was in before and he stated that he did not care and hung up again
