Where do I start? I picked this company because of the great "deal" and my sister said she didnt have any trouble with them. Wow, she now apologizes to me for recommeding them. To make a long story short, my bills were wrong in the beginning. I was on the phone every day with these people. I had had enough. I called to cancel. I was told I would be charged if I did this (200 something odd dollars), but that I could do it without the fee in May. I had been on the phone for an hour. I was fed up. My next bill came in, which the girl told me would be correct next time. It wasn't. I called again. The girl actually hung up on me, I went to turn on my TV—it was off! She had actually somehow turned off my service! I called back. Spoke to a guy. He turned it back on. Next bill came in. It was finally correct, but by this time I had already made up my mind as soon as May comes, I'm out. Well, its July and I called today to cancel. And guess what? I can't cancel today without a fee. They have lied and manipulated me, the consumer and user of their service and this is how we are treated? That is not how you run a business ethically. I will do everything I can to defray people from using this company and already it is working. I have spread the word to several thousand people in this area through word of mouth, emails, flyers, signs on my car, etc. It is amazing to see how many people have gone through much of the same issues with this company. Together we can make a difference. God does not like ugly and what they have done is ugly.
