The Rip-Off Scam, "They" Don't Want You To Know About!

I placed an order for the Weight Loss Cure and on the 5th week of not receiving it, I contacted the Customer Satisfaction Line to check the status of my order. I was originally told that I'd receive this order in 4 to 6 weeks. When I called 1-800-240-3417 to speak with a customer representative about the status of my order, he informed me that the order had not even shipped and that he couldn't guarantee I'd receive it before Christmas and within the 6 weeks that I'd been guaranteed. He said he'd leave a note on his supervisor's desk to see if my order could be bumped and shipped ASAP but his supervisor wouldn't see it until tomorrow.

30 minutes later, I called the same number back and spoke with a different Customer Representative. I decided to cancel my order at which time she informed me that I'd be responsible for shipping charges. I told her that the product hasn't even shipped so how is that possible??? She placed me on hold, and proceeded to tell me that her supervisor informed her that once an order is placed, it's impossible to cancel it regardless of whether or not it's been shipped. That's ridiculous and I asked to be transferred to her supervisor at which time she informed me that she can do that, but there's no guarantee he's in his office even though she just spoke to him 2 minutes earlier.

I left a message on his voice mail and still haven't received a call back. I emailed
customersupport@itvdirect.com and still haven't received a reply. I attempted to call the 1-800 number back to be transferred to the supervisor and once again was told he's not in his office. I've been adament that I'm not paying for shipping charges. I took every step neccessary to cancel the order before they shipped it. My total came to $44.80 and that amount was debited from my account the next day after placing the order.

5 weeks later, they had not even shipped it and tell me that I may not get it in the 4 to 6 weeks I was guaranteed. No one warned me that once my order was placed that it's impossible to cancel it. I've been informed that I will only receive $14 and some odd cents back. THE SCAM IS IN THE SHIPPING.

This is ridiculous and it's simply not right. No one's made an effort to contact me to resolve this issue. I know there are other's who experienced the same and I'm confident that we will get every red cent of our money back. I don't know if the books are even good but I have no desire to find out considering how they do business.
