DECEIVES Sold defective product, refuses reimbursement Seattle Washington

This conversation is only becoming more upsetting as it continues.
As you can assure me that CITC stands behind its product, I can also assure you, I would not be complaining nor requesting a refund if the
product I had paid for was what I received!

My annoyance is truly being provoked.

Incase there is a message not clear enough, let me summarize the situation, I bought a product, it did not work, you claim What you are describing is not our product; yet indisputably it is. Again I ask,
how you can deny me a reimbursement when you admit the product did not work as it was suppose to, because you claim the defective product was used.
HOW DO YOU THINK WE FOUND OUT IT DID NOT WORK?

Now, to make matters significantly worse, you want to charge me a re-stocking fee so you can re-sell a defective item to the public? How disgraceful.

Dear,

I never stated that the product did not work or that there was any problem with SnoBiz. We sell literally hundreds of boxes per year of this product
and have never had an unsatisfied customer. The bottom line is that you can return it if it has not been used, and there will be a 25% restocking fee.
If this is what you want to do, let me know and I will issue you an RMA number.
