Do not be fooled! Electronic cigarette, smokeless cigarette, smart fixx, faulty electronic cigarette

My boyfriend and I decided to take step in trying to quit smoking so we researched this new "electronic cigarette" and found the website www.smartfixx.com and at the time we didn't realize that this isn't the only website to sell electronic cigarettes. We paid over $80 for this product and we were told that each cartridge would be equal to 1 and a half to two packs of cigarettes so we figured each would last at least 3 days or more.
Initially the product worked OK but within a few hours we would only get about 1 minute of use out of each cartridge then it just completely stopped working all together. My boyfriend, being an engineer, took it apart and found that the so called "atomizer" was burnt out and wasn't working at all. We then went onto a site that reviews e-cigarettes (if only we saw it sooner!) and found that smart fixx is a complete scam and the products are faulty. Also, the people running it refuse to give your money back and actually ask for you to pay to ship the product back!
So don't be fooled by this so called electronic cigarette from smartfixx.com!!! There are plenty of other websites that offer the real thing but smartfixx is not on of them!!
