Ripoff shady credit offer, pre-approved $10,000 platinum card

I received a letter from the Union Workers Credit Services offering me a pre-approved $10,000 platinum card. The letter was one-page long, front of the paper only. It didn't include any application forms—only a detachable portion of the paper to be sent with a check for $37.

I did not send in the form or check, but rather checked the web for usacomplaints.com, out of curiosity. Common sense says that a single piece of paper asking for $37 just isn't genuine. Stay away from this one.
