Mail Credit Card Scam

Today in my mail I received a Parcel Tracking Notice that indicated that a Parcel had been reserved in my name. It has a stamp on it that reads "Article for release" along with my address on the front side. On the back side it states that the office is trying to reach me and to claim my parcel I must telephone the number below immediately and arrange for delivery. The item is prepaid but a processing a delivery fee of $6.00 must be remitted this can only be paid by Visa or Mastercard. This is your only notification. And there is something scribbled below this text. Content state this is jewelry and original price is $50.00 and this also has a tracking # that reads "31189"
