Took my money still have no items

I ordered off this company on November 11.30 packets of tobacco which they took 174.99 euro thats with shipping. I tried to email them and phoned them as i had not heard any thing back. I got nothing back off them.

Then on the 15 of December i a tracking number off them.
I checked it out and it said it was on its way. When i checked again after a couple of days on the 17 of December it had been delivered
