I have placed an order in the past and I realize that there is a considerable wait time for delivery. However, I placed a Melissa and Doug order on November 15th and there isn’t even an estimated ship date for that order (4CE17882). I would imagine that this order should have shipped already because you had another Melissa and Doug sale after the one I ordered from had closed. I placed another order on November 23rd and that order had an estimated ship date of December 16th (4CEBc950) Can you please update me on the status of these orders.

Folkmanis Princess Puppet

The balance of the order # 4CE17882, Melissa & Doug Chef Role Play Costume Set and Wooden Animal Nesting Blocks items, in question is currently being processed and will soon be released to UPS. An email confirmation with the tracking number for that shipment will of course be sent via email.

The Order # 4CEBC950, with Barefoot Books are currently being routed by the manufacturer to our warehouse and should be arriving late next week. Once the items are packed and shipped, you will also be notified via email with your tracking number.

MY RESPONSE: Late next week? Are you serious? Late next week is Christmas; I would certainly hope that these shipments are received before then. Also, you failed to mention anything about the toy box that was ordered along with the Barefoot books, your website indicated that it too will be shipping on the 16th. This is completely unacceptable, in what world does it take over 1 Month to deliver something??? You have charged me in full for everything I have purchased and since the first order on November 15 the only thing you have managed to deliver is 1 puppet. You state that “Here is the status of the shipments that are being delivered to you, along with the corresponding tracking numbers. Just log on to www.ups.com:” there is only one tracking number and it is for the puppet.
