Uggbootcentral.com ugg my son ordered boots for the holdays never got them he is in Coast gaurd and is now shipped out they took money never sent the boots

My son who is in the US Coast Gaurd ordered boots for his girlfriend for Christmas he never recieved the boots. He e-mailed them several times (there is no number at all on the web site) asked them to contact him. He recieved an e-mail back once stating he will be contacted soon he was never contacted. He ordered the boots 3 weeks ago now still no boots still no call and he has been shipped out for the next 8 weeks and has no way to contact them now.
