How about a person who pays a foreclosure judgment in a timely fashion... Denied the "Title" because of additional attorneys' fees which were ruled unenforceable by the State Appellate Court. Still the "Title" was not released. While the matter is ongoing in both State & Federal Court, person is illegally kicked out of their home losing most of their possessions.
