Direct TV calls me at MIDNIGHT

Direct TV will call me at MIDNIGHT to let me know that my bill is past due by $20. I live in GA and have only a cell phone. My cell phone has a CA area code. I moved from CA to GA and have not and will not change my phone number. Why should I? Everyone already knows it.

Direct TV has told me I should change my number. I'm not going to change it just for them. They have my address and know where I live, why can't they call me before 9pm EST and not PST? They've told me to turn off my phone at night. I refuse to change my phone or my phone habits for them.

I've told them that they are calling me illegally because of the time of day they call. They say they aren't because of my CA phone number. I want to sue them. Do you know of any attorneys that would take this case?

I want out of my contract and they won't let me without charging me for it.

I miss Comcast.
