Scam, fraud, ripoff, credit card scam

I ordered earn cash with google cd to learn how to make extra money. I never recieved the cd or any information from the company. My credit card was charged $1.95 for the CD and they charged my credit card and then charged my card $39.95 and $7.95. I tried to call the number they had listed and an answering machine came on but you couldn't leave a message.
