I was ripped off by google cash they took money out of my back account without my permission. I had unsubcribed to them but some how they got my information still.internet

I was sent emails telling my how to earn extra cash through google cash. I thought it was a good idea so I went to their site. They required you to pay 4.95 and you'd get the tools you needed to start. So I did what they required I put in my email address phone number card number everything they needed. Well they took out the money I authorized that could be taken and I never received anything to get me started like they promised. So I unsubcribed still got the emails and I unsubscrbed to them. Now months later I look into my bank account transaction history like I always do to make sure everythings ok. I scroll down looking through the history and I see this MAKE GOOGLE CASH 8007617249 KN KN with Card *5756 -$69.95 I never approved of this transaction at all and it was made last night march 26. I am livid that someone would do this. I'm hoping something gets done about this because it is very upsetting.
