Fradulently charged my credit card

I was charged $9.40 on my credit card. I had no idea what this was until I read the other reports on this site. I called the phone number and it was an answering machine. The message did not identify who they were-it just said to leave a message. My credit card company said they were listed as an advertising service. My company removed the charge from my bill.
