To begin with i am a driver with over 20 yrs exp. I came off the road in 06 got burnt out, well due to bad economy i wanted to get back to where i could make a decent liveing but was told i would have to start over. O. K i picked SWIFT, from that point on life was easy!!! It was all down hill!!! Its always easyer to fall off a cliff than to climb it. THEY LIE, THEY CHEAT, and when that fails there is the nasty little D.A.C. I was told that after going out for 2 wks with a mentor if all went well i would be on my own and start at 36 ctn a mile. Then after im on a truck i, m told no 4 wks that turned into 6wks running as a team all mi paid to mentor i get 300.00 wk. I getter done and now im on my own (good truck) start running about 800 to 1500 mi per wk at
26ctn per mile when i contacted my D.M. To find out why this was happening and tell him there has been a mistake he tells me freight is really slow just keep runnin it will get better. My paycheck didn, t show it! I went from 300.00 to 198.00 runnin every stinking load they gave me TRUST ME THIS COMPANY SSSSSUCKS BIG TIME!!! Exp counts for nothing you are a number they will replace you with one of hundreds of students coming and going thru there doors every week. You can stay and take what there shoveling or get out of the barn. I left..
