Trying to resolve a contract dispute about billing and services rende

Back on August 3 I contact and signed a contract with CSAdvance now known as Parent Financial to pursuit the Non-custodial Partent Gregory Marshall for Child Support. The company advance $300.00 in 3 payment of 100.00 monthly from August to Oct. I did not hear from Parent Financial until the year of Sept in which at that time I spoke with Victory Taylor and they garnish the Child Support payment from August to October and the $300.00 advance was paid in full. But they keep garnishing the Child Support until I sign a revocation the State of Tx Child Support office forbidden release of information or funds. The next time a contact was made in July 11 where they garnish my child support checks in the amount $ 1900.00 $217.00 and $ 18.00 and have continue to garnish until to present only releaseing a portion of the payment to me throug a pay card. Parent Financial submit the original contract that I sent a revocation to the Child Support office forbidden release on any information and fund to this company. I have contact this company from the month of July to the present asking for information on my case and information via emails and phone calls. I have made many request to get the services that they have render on my behalf in writing stating the work that was done on behalf (itemize statement) and monies that I owe if any. My complaint today is that this company has render bad customer Service by little or no contact with me, not fulfilling the many request that I have made to in writing to withdrawl the contract and evidence of works being done on my behalf and monies that I owe if any.
