Discriminative company with no professional ethics

I have received 3-4 calls per day for at least 4 weeks from 877-803-0008 with a prerecorded "SPANISH" voice upon saying hello. I personally do not speak nor understand "SPANISH", I am an american ENGLISH speaking person. I do not understand how a legitimit company can do this. I traced 877-803-0008 to PRS (professional recovery services) and came up with the same address as PRA and Portfolio Recovery ASS. Is that a coincidence or what?
