Unsatisfied with meal 2 nights in a row

I always get 100$ gift card to the 99 every Xmas, and I always look forward to it. However, this year was a disappointment, I ordered to go Friday the 26th of December and the 27th of December 28the of 2008. The first night my food was cold and had a very "thrown together" look. Then, I gave it another shot and me and my family celebrated my husbands bday, my sister and I ordered steakburgers, we specificly asked for medium well, when we bit into our burger they couldn't of been anymore rare, I mean I have never seen anything so red raw, I ended up throwing 2 burgers away, what a waste I would like to somehow be compensated for these terrible meals. Please respond.
