Oakmound drive, clarksburg, wv - absolutely the worst ive dealt with

Burger King 's motto is "Have it your way". We NEVER get it our way there. There are other Burger Kings in Harrison County, but this one is the absolutely worst of it's kind. We got a meal there last night and my boyfriends whopper had cheese that was hard and cold even after specifying "NO CHEESE". The fries were ice cold and I only had a 3-5 minute drive. He was horribly sick all night long after eating his burger and my fries started to make me sick as well. This is not my first complaint there and I called and they offered to comp me a meal. I don't want free food. I want the food I order in the first place to be edible and not make us ill. Fast food is not rocket science. It's not that difficult to not add cheese to a meal. What if the person has allergies to an item they don't want added? Then you're going to have a lawsuit on your hands in the future. We are not asking for "free" meals. We gladly pay for our food but it's our money. We can't eat food that is disgusting. That is a waste of our money and time not only in the drive over there in gas but purchasing the meal as well. I thought McDonald's was bad but this Burger King has everyone beat hands down and not in a good way. Corporate needs to take a look into the way things are run.
