In September I ordered eight novelty items from this company. All of the items were cheaply made and of poor quality. Three of them were defective. I contacted the company and they sent three replacement items. One of the replacement items was still defective. I was told I had to reorder something else as there was no return policy, even though the item was defective. After weeks of trying to negotiate with this company and to no avail, I disputed an amount of $14.81 with my credit card company.
My credit card company returned the $14.81 and the company has now turned me over to a collection agency for $27.22!
They have also filed a fraudulent & slanderous report with complaint. I have facts to back up my report and they have falsified information to report me to complaint!
I have ordered from many online companies and I have never experienced such a malicious & mean spirited company before.
BEWARE of this company... They will do whatever it takes to keep your money after selling you poor quality and cheaply made merchandise!
