Ripped off!

I bought 3 DVD's from this company. 2 were sent immediately, and 1 was to be released Dec. 2008 - Horton Hears a Who. I prepaid for this DVD for my Granddaughter for Christmas. I sent 2 follow up e-mails & have yet to receive a response. I want to believe the best in humankind, and since I received 2 of the DVD's, I thought he would be honest & send the 3rd as soon as it was made available. I was wrong. I'd never do business with this crook again.
