This Person Owes Me Money

This person purchased a pair of sunglasses from me on eBay on 3/14. I sent the sunglasses to him and he received them on 3/17 and promptly informed me that I had sent the wrong style. I immediately sent the correct style and included a paid return label with a note to return the wrong style I sent. He received the new package on 3/21.

I never received the original (incorrect style) pair of sunglasses back. I contacted this individual on 4/2 via e-mail and below are the actual e-mail between us to this date:

I corrected the issue with your sunglasses and sent a return label for the pair that was mistakenly sent to you. You received the correct glasses with the return label on 3/17. I have not yet received the pair of sunglasses that was mistakenly sent to you.

Please advise on the situation. If you will not be returning the sunglasses, let me know so I can file a report to that affect.

At this point in time, I am assuming you are not returning the sunglasses and I am assuming if they were returned, they are used. So, I am offering you the opportunity to pay for them (I will send an invoice) at the CURRENT price of $7.99 no shipping and we will call it even.

If I do not receive payment I will file a Judgment on your credit report.

It's the principal of the thing here. I am trying to make an honest living using eBay to supplement my income to support my family. I have a great reputation for being fair and honest in my sales on eBay.

This person is DISHONEST and people should beware. It's a small amount of money but dishonesty on any level is not to be tolerated.
