GE Money And Care Credit, GE Money and Care Credit RUINED my credit at the age of 19!

In 2007 I was 19 years old just got out of a bad relationship and got a puppy. My puppy was diagnosed with Parvo and I felt like I was just sitting there and watching him die so I took him to the vet and did NOT have the over $500 to get him taken care of. The vet gave me the option of carecredit and with my mom as a co-signer I was approved. They told me I had a year to pay it off NO interest.

I had just started a new job so I had to get paid before they could get paid first. So I got behind on the payments but was not discouraged because I felt I had a year to pay it off! Well I wanted to do online payments and linked it to an account that I had with Wellsfargo. Later on I terminated my account with Wellsfargo but and wanted to put my new bank information.

Well on the website you CAN NOT change banking information. I called and stayed on my cell phone until the battery would die trying to get a hold of people BUT GE Moneys TERRIBLE customer service reps could NEVER get my problem fixed and they told me to MAIL somebody about my problems with them ONLINE??? GE Money will call and harass you with people who seem pretty uneducated.

I have tried and tried to get my payments going with them because I am now 21 and don't want to have bad credit for the rest of my life but they can NOT answer simple questions for me. I was trying to get help from a local bank because I would rather deal with them than deal with the idiots at GE Money!

Well they are screwing that up for me royally too because CareCredit sold my account to GE MOney therefore my carecredit account should be CLOSED well they have NOT closed it and now it says I am over $2,000 in debt. Well when I answerd the bill collectors call and tried to get it settled of COURSE they act like they dont know what I am talking about and cant help me with that and JUST want me to give them money!

If nothing else gets across I feel that GE Money A.) Has THE worst and ruddest customer service reps and they SERIOUSLY can NOT speak english well! B.) They JUST want your money and will call at any hour (Ya I KNOW they're bill collectors!!!) but will NOT try to resolve issues!!
