The same thing happened to me! I signed up for a 7-day trial

I signed up for a free 7 day trial to find listings for homes being sold in my area. After the first day, I realized the info they offered was old, no pictures to view, and not worth keepingI e-mailed them in reply to their welcome to... Canceling the trial before the 7 days were up—there also was a vague 30 day money back guarantee if not completely satisfied—I wasn't feeling very secure about getting the money back withing 30 days, so I made sure I contacted them the day after I subscribed. I also save the e-mail and sent a copy to myself so they could not claim the dates were doctored by me. I also gave all the wrong credit card info—name, address, and telephone # doesn't match the information my credit card has on filek, but, they processed it successfully anyway—sending up a red flag right away. If they had used legitimate merchant e-commerce processing, the sale should have been immediately declined—or I would have been contacted from my credit card co. That some transactions that were processed were 'shady' and wanted to confirm if I had initiated it.

I am looking for an attorney who reads all these complaints to file a class action suit against this company—seeing all these complaints—there website should be shut down, and all the people using their fraudulent claims should be compensated for damages.
