Discrimination against women

Well, right now, I'm having a problem in my work; I was threatening of been fired when the store manager realized that I was pregnant! Wow! That was a stunnig notice for me, which made me felt very bad. The manager gave me written warnings because of being in the hospital. He didn't wanted to pay me sick days, which a had accumulated for the past years; he wanted to keep on working extra hours that where not in my timekeeping schedule, without paying me. A lot things had happened and if I keep on writing I would take a long, long, long time writing you down everything. The store manager treat me with disrespect, harassed me and did not have any consideration with myself. I was told the Human Resources Manager all that had happened to me in the store and she didn't believe me. She believed what the store manager told her; which is not fair! She heard my version and his version and she took the decision that what I told her was a lie and that he was right about he was saying, without investigating, or asking any employee or anyone else. Believe or not, that was she did. That's the worst company to work with!
