Ripoff Money taken but orders don't come through. Kualar Lumpu

I ordered and paid for 10 dvds from strictlydvds.com. The web site implies that orders typically take 2 to 7 days to deliver. The money was debited from my credit card almost immediately after the order.

After 2 weeks, I still had not recieved my order. I emailed the company with no reply. I emailed a second time. This time there was a reply saying that the order was on its way with a tracking number with UPS. When I tried to track the package, it was returned as being invalid.

After a few days I emailed the company again. This time, they said that there was a problem with UPS and that they would send the package again. After waiting almost another week, the package finally came with only half the order in it with no explanatory note about where the other half of the order was.

Once again I emailed them about the missing DVDs. They said that they were out of stock (despite the fact that I had included subsititute titles in case of such a situation). I asked them to fulfill the second half of my order but in return they said that they could only give me credit for the 5 DVDs that I didn't receive. The catch is that I can only claim these 5 credits if I put in another minimum order of 10 DVDs with them. Since this occurred, they have increased the minimum order to be 20 DVDs. There is no way that I would risk spending anymore money with these guys.
