No support from staff nor Docto

My father Omar Trueba was becoming very frail and unable to assist himself with personal care. I began to find help at home for him. I went to CARES in Dade, very poor service, to find out the procedure I should take. I was familiar with this procedure but in Broward. The form was faxed to my father's office and for at least two months, I was contacting the doctor's office to find out status and no response. My father was getting worse. The doctor never contacted the family to inform us my father was dying. The doctor ordered oxygen to be delivered to my father's home but, it was never delivered. My father went to the hospital 11/27 and passed away 12/02. I am still waiting for the doctor's form that was faxed on 9/25/08.in today's world, the doctors and or hospital do not have any accountability for their poor support. We have become just another body, not a person.
