Hospital's adult protective service and social workers hurt my dad

They did not protect my elderly father the way they are supposed to, both medically, emotionally and financially. I have taken notes of everything that happened, everyday, I have names, dates, incidents, everything, I took such extensive notes because I knew what they were doing was abusive and neglectfle of my father, I knew it at the time and tried to stop it, a doctor at the hospital, Dr. Kawajua in particular, allowed this to happen. I have hired a lawyer, but I need to report it to you, to everyone, both in order to protect my father and to protect other people who may go to this hospital. I have also had problems with them in the past when I was very sick and at that hospital, I did not report it then, but I want to now, seeing that it is a repetitive series of neglect and abuse.
